Physical exertion leaves horses sweaty. Perspiration mixes with dust and grime, resulting in encrustations on textiles which clog pores and impair breathability if cleaning is irregular.
In addition to providing hygiene protection, regular cleaning and care also helps to keep your expensive blankets in good condition so they last longer. We also recommend before storing your rugs and blankets, that you have them cleaned first to help avoid permanent stains and the possibility of nesting creatures!
We use commercial extractor washer machines. This helps to reduce the wear and tear on your rugs while being cleaned with multiple wash and rinse cycles to aid in deep cleaning.
